Do you only advertise the properties shown on the website or you operate them?

According to the new regulation, only licensed operators who meet specific criteria set by DTCM can advertise and rent vacation homes in the emirate of Dubai. We are a fully licensed short term rentals operator and we manage our properties and bookings

Who owns the properties listed on your website?

All the apartments and villas listed on our website are privately owned properties and belong to their respective owners. We have exclusive contracts with every such owner allowing us to operate their houses for short term leases

Do we have to interact with the owner of apartment or any broker?

All the properties listed on our website are exclusively operated by us. In every matter, you will only deal with our specialized and experienced team.

What payment methods do you accept and when I should pay?

You can pay the DEPOSIT by cash (at out office), bank transfer, (online payment, required authorization form to be signed). For the remaining RENTAL AMOUNT, we accept CASH or cheque issued in UAE upon actual check-in day.

Which taxes are added to the listed price?

Unlike hotels, we do not charge +10% municipality and +10% service charges. Apart from the rental fee, we only charge you Tourism fee as set by DTCM, which is AED 10 per night per bedroom (for standard holiday homes) or AED 20 per night per bedroom (for deluxe holiday homes).

Is there a limit to the number of guests per rental? Is there an extra charge for additional guests?

There is a maximum occupancy for each home based on the number of bedrooms they have. Unlike hotels, there isn’t a charge for an extra person; however, we do not allow more guests than what a home can occupy.

What is your minimum stay requirement?

Our minimum stay requirement is 3-nights, but it may vary depending on the actual property.

Where can I pick-up the keys for my holiday home?

Most of the information you need will be included in your Confirmation Email. However, we have designated guest relation officer who will be your one-stop source for anything you might require

Is there a complimentary Wi-Fi in my short-term apartment?

It depend upon the accommodation, however most of our short-term holiday homes are equipped with complimentary internet connection

Do you have any homes that allow pets? If so, is there a pet damage deposit and is it returnable?

In most of our units, pets are not allowed. However, if you require such accommodation, please contact us first to check for availability.

Do you have any homes that allow smoking?

Smoking is not allowed inside all apartments and villas. However, many houses have balconies or terraces outside where you can smoke.
